We value excellent shipping and delivery service. Usually, we ship by air freight from our nearest warehouse to your address. Please note, however, that air freight is not a fixed shipping method. We choose the appropriate shipping method based on your delivery address, the size and weight of your shipment, and other factors.

Germany, Austria Standard Shipping (10-18 working days): Free Shipping

Switzerland Standard Shipping (30 working days): Free Shipping


Tips

We currently accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB) and PayPal.
Although you can display prices in different currencies, we will still process orders in EUR by default.
Once the order has been authorized and verified, you will receive a confirmation email. We will start preparing your order immediately after it has been verified.
You should receive a shipping confirmation email within 3-5 business days after your order has been fully processed to track the status of your order.

Shipping
This procedure is suitable for orders from the UK, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This procedure is designed to familiarize you with our transport strategies and systems. By purchasing from this shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Delivery area
For other countries, please send your desired product and quantity to contact@womolighting.de for details, such as whether deliveries are supported and what delivery times apply.

The order delivery time consists of two parts

: Order processing time:
Approximately 1-3 business days. This is the time between the customer placing the order and the order being forwarded to the delivery service. Generally, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of order confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience delays. Our warehouse is only open Monday to Friday during normal business hours, except on holidays. In these cases, we take measures to keep shipping delays to a minimum.


Delivery time:
Approximately 10–18 business days. The daily cut-off time for orders is 5:00 PM (PST). After the cut-off time, we no longer process orders received on the same day. Normally, the total delivery time from order placement is 13–21 business days. Delivery time may be delayed due to unexpected situations such as customs checks, bad weather, strikes, etc. Our products are delivered via UPS, USPS and FedEx.


Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email notification.

If your order has just shipped, please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
If your order is already in transit but has not been updated for several days, it will usually update when the package reaches the next shipping station (may take 3–7 business days). Please wait for updates.
If you still have questions about the status of your package, please contact our customer support team by email at contact@womolighting.de.
Address change
Once the package is in transit, we can no longer change the delivery address. If you wish to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@womolighting.de or via online chatbot.

Exceeded delivery time The
delivery time may be delayed due to unexpected situations such as customs inspection, bad weather, strikes, etc. If your order is delayed, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order by email at contact@womolighting.de. We will clarify the situation with the transport company in good time. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Order cancellation
All orders placed through our website can be canceled before shipping. If you contact us in time, we will refund you the full amount via your payment method.
However, we unfortunately cannot cancel orders that are already in transit or have already been processed.

Tax information

Once you have successfully placed your order, no further fees will be incurred. In some cases, VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees may be levied by your destination country. However, in our experience, such a case is very rare.
Should you still have concerns about taxes, please inform yourself about your local customs regulations. We will be happy to help you if there is anything we can do for you.

Missing items:
We apologize if an order gets stuck at customs, is returned, or even gets lost during the delivery process! Please contact our support team at contact@womolighting.de to inquire if you would like a refund or replacement for your order.
