To be eligible for a return and exchange
1. Your light fixture must be in the same condition that you received it.
2. The light fixture must be unused.
3. Your return should include all items that were in the original packaging.
4. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
5. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
6. Items returned within 30 days will be eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
General Return Process
1. Initiate a return
You will be asked to email contact@womolighting.de. In it, please provide your order number, the quantity of items, the reason for the return, and some photos of the opened or packaged parcel with the seal label to check the status and any other inquiries. The return request will be processed within 3 business days.
2. Ship the item back
After the return is approved, you will be emailed the return address and packaging requirements. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We encourage you to consider using a trackable shipping service with a signature for the return, as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
3. Receive and inspect your order
The inspection process will take 1-2 weeks. Once we receive your return and complete the inspection, you will be informed of the refund review result .
4. Get a refund
Once the refund is approved, we will refund it to your payment account . Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
If you paid by credit card or debit card, we will refund the same card once we have received your return. The refund will take 5-7 business days.
If you paid by PayPal, we will refund your PayPal account once we have received your return. The refund will take around 1-3 business days.

Note that 10% of the actual payment amount = order amount - (service fee + packaging fee + shipping fee) . This means you will receive 90% of the actual payment amount as a refund.
Cancel orders
To cancel your order, please contact us at contact@womolighting.de. We will be happy to assist you. It may take some time to process your request, so please contact us as soon as possible.

Non-returnable items
In the following situations, we do not accept returns:

Damaged items delivered
Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 15 days of receipt) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We can then assess the issue and, if necessary, replace the faulty parts or fixture. Please note that photos and/or videos are essential for our team to assess the issues and find the best possible solution. If you wish to return the fixture instead, you will bear the return costs. However, we will always send you a free replacement, provided we receive high-quality photos and/or videos showing the defects.
Refunds for undelivered items
1. If you have not received your package within 60 calendar days, you may request a full refund after emailing us. Should the customer wish for redelivery due to an incorrect address, WOMO will not cover the shipping costs.
2. The refund will be denied if you do not confirm receipt of the package, even if the carrier receives the receipt. However, we can help you claim compensation from the carrier by providing you with relevant information.
3. We will not refund you for the package lost during transit. However, we will send you a brand new replacement package.
One-year warranty
All products come with a one-year warranty. For manufacturing defects within this period, not due to normal wear and tear, you can contact us at contact@womolighting.de. WOMO LIGHTING reserves the right to request evidence (including photos and/or videos) for the defective parts and to replace them at its discretion. Only one incident is covered.
